Still waiting for appointment has been about two years since we started the process uh to get approval from national grid.

Um I'm a little bit frustrated with national grid on that front, but I'll definitely be supporting this resolution because I know what it means for the community.

I just wanted to share my sentiment.

So in local laws, we have from Councilmember Keegan, a local law amending chapter 42 of the city of the code of the city of Albany by adding a new part um 43, creating the City of Albany Commission on Disabilities.

That will go to human rights human resources.

The rest local laws are held.

Ordinances introduced.

We have from Councilmember Frederick, um, a bonding authorization for DGS fuel storage and distribution system to increase the bond authorization that will go to finance from councilmember Flynn, an ordinance of the code of city of Albany in relation to membership of the examining board of plumbers that would go to general services.

Um we'll also have an MC from Councilmember Robinson that was just discussed, ordinance 1581 25, and we will be passing that this evening.

An ordinance is held.

Um we have ordinance item 25, ordinance 44125, an ordinance authorizing an easement uh for five mil road that we will be voting on that tonight.

27 from Councilmember Johnson, ordinance six sixty-one twenty-five, and ordinance authorizing the sale of Ashgrove Place.

Um that also passed through the finance committee meeting, and that we will be voting on that this evening.

Item number 28, um, ordinance from council member Frederick, ordinance seven sixty-one twenty-five, um, an ordinance authorizing certain purchases, uh, maximum costs nine point four six eight million for bonds for city roadway improvements.

That's what the budget director just discussed.

Um that passed through the finance committee meeting.

We'll be voting on that this evening.

From councilmember Johnson, item 30, ordinance nine seventy-one twenty-five, and ordinance authorizing the sale of 34 Cherry Street.

That also passed the finance committee, and we will be voting on that this evening.

Item 31.

Um, an ordinance authorizing a sale of various city-owned properties to the Albany County Land Bank.

That list is we have provided to us if anybody would like to know that's on your desk.

That passed through the finance committee meeting, and we'll be voting on that this evening.

Number 32 from Councilmember Love, which is ordinance 1172 25, an ordinance authorizing and directing the grant of an aerial easement to CIDC Albany Center.

That passed the planning committee meeting, and we'll be voting on that this evening.

Um ordinance 1272 25, an ordinance authorizing the grant of an easement to the center square LLC.

That also passed the planning committee, and we'll be voting on that this evening.

Moving on to resolutions introduced from councilmember love, resolution 938125R, a resolution honoring the life and legacy of Vella May Dear Nelson.

Apologies if I did not pronounce that correctly.

And renaming a portion of Sheridan Avenue in our honor, that will go to general services.

We'll then have an MC from Councilmember Conte, resolution 948125, a resolution of the common council declaring its intent to act as lead agency for this state environmental quality review of ordinance 34125 and declaring it as an unlisted action.

I believe the intent is to pass that this evening.
