0:20

Thank you, Madam Clerk.

0:21

Given a quorum, we'll go right into the agenda for today.

0:25

We have received minutes.

0:30

Is there a motion to approve our minutes?

0:33

Motion.

0:34

There's a motion to approve our minutes from our last session.

0:38

Hearing no objections, our minutes from our last session will be approved.

0:45

Moving us along to the rest of the agenda.

0:50

Today is our last Monday of budget.

0:55

We will continue executive session at 10 a.m.

0:58

Uh so we do have our last day of a truncated committee.

1:03

So with that, we'll go right into general public comment for this morning.

1:07

We'll begin with the folks that we have here in person.

1:10

I see one person here for general public comment.

1:12

Are you here for general public comment?

1:14

And if you are online, please raise your hands now.

1:19

I'll be cutting off public comments in one minute, and we'll begin with the folks that we have here in person.

1:26

Brother Cunningham, whenever you're ready, you can go ahead and take a seat.

1:35

And again, if you are online and you would like to make public comment, please raise your hands now.

1:43

Ms.

1:44

Evangelista, how many hands do we have raised?

1:51

Good morning, madam chair.

1:53

There are eight hands raised online.

1:55

Okay.

1:56

There are eight hands raised online.

1:58

I'm going to give everyone one minute this morning.

2:02

And if you are online and you would like to make general public comment, please raise your hand now.

2:08

We will begin with the folks that we have here in person.

2:11

Brother Cunningham, good to see you whenever you're ready.

2:14

Your time is online and you can begin.

2:17

313 444 9114.

2:20

Um reach out.

2:21

I appreciate those who use my services because they have seen me do good work in the community.

2:28

The Uber and Lyft, you don't know where the money's going.

2:30

Who if I take you around the city, you know where the money is going.

2:34

So how about it?

2:35

May not be perfect, but I've been doing a little while and you're in safe hands.

2:40

Um I am concerned about the the pilot program for the youth.

2:47

Obviously, a swarms of them get on the bus and go downtown to go do it.

2:50

Not to say they're gonna cause problems.

2:52

Well, I am to say some of them might cause some problems.

2:54

Maybe it should be restrictions like Monday through Friday, um, until a certain time, not on the weekends or some type of restrictions because uh I'm reluctant to deal with the Yns and whatever, whatever, whatever, because they I've gotten advice with them, etc.

3:11

And I do nothing to bother anyone.

3:12

So maybe there should be some type of new stipulation on that pilot program for K through 12 free bus fare.

3:20

Thank you for your time.

3:22

Thank you, Brother Cunningham, for coming down and for sharing your concerns.

3:28

General public comments is now cut off.

3:33

And we will now turn it over to the folks that we have online.

3:36

Who do we have first online?

3:39

Our first caller is William M.

3:42

Davis.

3:47

Uh good morning.

3:48

Can I be heard?

3:49

Yes, good morning.

3:50

Okay, I like to talk about two things quickly.

3:54

Um I know Councilmember Waters have uh a memorandum about dealing with that.

4:03

I think it should also include some language about have the landlord or property owner had previous blight violations and had the city have to tear down their structures.

4:15

If they had they should, you know, city should be reimbursed.

4:19

Also, uh composting.

4:21

I know uh years ago in Southwest Church down the street from the wastewater treatment fund, it was a large composting uh place where they used to turn it over regular.

4:31

Uh hopefully we're gonna encourage more people to compost and you know just help the environment a little bit better.

4:38

Thank you.

4:40

Thank you.

4:43

Our next caller is Betty A.

4:45

Varner.

4:50

Uh good morning to all within the sound of my voice.

4:53

I'm Betty A.

4:54

Barner, president of DeSoda Else World Black Association.

5:00

I'm hoping everyone had a peaceful blessed holiday.

5:03

I want to start off by stating my community, my members, and myself.

5:10

We are very, very appreciative of the support that we're receiving from Honorable Council Member Waters.

5:17

We appreciate you and the support that you are providing vocally in regards to the challenges with the land use hearing, application fee, and for the uh work and the monies that we need for our uh Finkel Corridor.

5:41

I also want to take the time to remind everyone that the health fair is April 18th.

5:48

It's free for all communities.

5:51

Thank you for this time.

5:53

Thank you, Ms.

5:54

Varner.

5:55

If the clerk can please note, we've been joined by our vice chair member McCampbell.

6:00

Thank you.

6:01

Who do we have next?

6:02

The next caller is Parish Halsell.

6:08

Parish, you have one minute.

6:11

Yes, good morning, everyone.

6:13

Um, I just wanted to leave a comment to talk about the public safety regarding our youth.

6:18

Um, I do understand that there are there are some concerns about their presence on the buses and their presence downtown.

6:26

But uh I have a comment regarding public safety, and for those who I believe really care about the public safety of our youth, we would know that public safety is not improved due to and in due to an increased police presence.

6:41

Um, I would like to see what else is being done to ensure that we have public safety, not only for the youth, but for the folks that they will encounter while being out in the public.

6:51

What types of services are the are they being provided with?

6:54

Um, what types of help are they getting to ensure that they are even welcomed into these places?

7:00

Some things that I saw over the weekend really troubled me to like just see how the police treated them as if they were grown adult criminals.

7:08

So just wanting to ask for more increased safety regarding their presence.

7:14

Thank you.

7:17

The next caller is owner Papa.

7:23

Uh good morning.

7:25

And to the chair, may I be heard?

7:26

Yes, good morning.

7:27

And good morning.

7:28

I second what the last gentleman just said.

7:30

What are we gonna do with our youth?

7:32

We can't pull you can't police your way out of everything.

7:35

And that seems to be the only um uh only the the only option that you give our children is to have them policed.

7:44

We'd like to see some programming around our youth so that we embrace them, especially during the seven summer months.

7:52

And we know in just district seven, we're gonna have to do even more.

7:55

And I ask again, I need to I need to know how many of the uh violations are being given in the 7th district.

8:04

I also want to know if you have ordered a better um roping off or fencing off of those areas where the dirty dirt is, and we need an update regularly on this dirty dirt and how you're handling it.

8:19

This is a health issue for the entire city.

8:24

Please address it.

8:29

The next caller is caller ending in 325.

8:37

Caller ending in 325.

8:39

You're up next.

8:46

Caller ending in three, two, five.

8:49

You have been made a panelist.

8:54

We might have to add you to the bottom of the queue.

9:01

We will add you to the bottom of the queue and come back to you.

9:05

Who do we have next?

9:07

Next, we have Jennifer Unwenu.

9:11

Jennifer, if you can hear us.

9:13

You've been meeting.

9:14

I can hear you.

9:15

Wonderful.

9:15

Good morning.

9:16

My name is Jennifer Owenu.

9:17

I'm a resident in District 2 of Detroit.

9:19

My concerns again are over the um handling of the youth in downtown Detroit this weekend.

9:26

It was very disappointing to see um drunk adults welcomed into downtown Detroit with the address by the city of Detroit and DPD and no address to Detroit youth.

9:36

We do not want to create a downtown that is exclusionary to Detroit youth, especially with the Grow Detroit Youth Talent Program upcoming.

9:43

I felt like there was an opportunity to engage youth and let them know the positive things that they could do downtown Detroit or in Detroit in general.

9:50

And unfortunately, this weekend was they were met with being shunned, arrested, and disrespected.

10:00

I feel like there are a lot of opportunities to be able to engage them and find positive activities for them to do, but those opportunities have not been done.

10:05

Please find a way to engage youth in a way that is not um predatory on them in a way that puts them in line at being attacked by police.

10:12

Thank you so much.

10:14

Thank you.

10:17

The next caller is Tyson Gersh.

10:23

Tyson, you're up next.

10:25

Thanks.

10:26

Can you hear me?

10:27

Yes, we can.

10:28

Thanks.

10:29

Um I mean, then maybe this isn't the right committee for this.

10:34

Well, you know, city council submits a lot of memos.

10:38

Um and in theory, like they're all supposed to be answered in writing, right?

10:46

But it I don't know.

10:48

I find like a lot of them just kind of disappear in committee again.

10:51

When you're, you know, the point of these memos is to kind of get a matter resolved, and there's supposed to be a clear sort of paper trail that the public can follow when reviewing records.

11:02

Um, and I mean, you know, obviously I've been kind of hyperfixated on the BZA stuff, and there's there's been so many memos put out that just sort of die, and then you have to go back and you gotta like watch the hearings, and then it just people just sort of like receive and file without ever getting any kind of explanation.

11:22

And I think if we want to have more accountable, transparent government, we should work on that.

11:32

Thank you.

11:34

Next is caller ending in 039.

11:39

Caller ending in 039.

11:41

You're up next.

11:44

Yeah, Gabriela, the gig is up.

11:47

Now you a TV band public official along with the rest of the council members, and then it's been achieving an election for so long that the whole city of Detroit is in the public health and safety emergency by advocate ballot fraud, election fraud, voter fraud, international, international advocate ballot fraud.

12:13

Mary Elaine Beckman is not voting at an election.

12:16

But told y'all, I said it.

12:19

I gotta demonstrate to you uh exactly what I mean and what I'm talking about.

12:24

Let's do me walk what he wants.

12:28

He deserves the actual requested and deserved, and you don't get it.

12:35

So now I gotta do what I gotta do.

12:39

Did you get that clearly, Gabriela and Mary and all the rest of y'all?

12:47

Yes, thank you.

12:49

Who do we have next?

12:51

Our last caller is returning to caller ending in three, two, five.

12:56

Caller ending in three, two, five.

13:03

Caller ending in three to five.

13:06

You are up next, and you are our last caller.

13:13

I am so sorry, caller ending in three two five.

13:16

You have been unmuted, meet a panelists, but we still cannot hear you.

13:20

So I do have to move us along to the rest of the agenda.

13:24

Um, I welcome you to join us either today.

13:27

We will have another public comments uh session after our executive session or tomorrow during formal session.

13:34

Uh, but thank you all for calling in.

13:36

Um definitely uh share concerns around um youth engagements over the weekends and how they um were over policed um downtown.

13:50

Um, this is something that my team and I have been talking about.

13:54

I know that with the administration's um youth outreach coordinator or or with the specific um youth staffer, um, something that we would like to talk with them about.

14:06

Uh, because let's be honest, downtown does become a place for adults to come and drink, and we need to make sure that we have a welcoming place and inviting space for young people as well.

14:18

Um, so thank you all for calling in.

14:20

Um, things that we are thinking around is de-escalation.

14:24

There's been discussion around more de-escalation training, not just for our young people, but I think for for all of us.

14:31

Um, we mentioned this often for our neighbors when they they they often um also find conflicts within each other um with within our our neighborhoods.

14:43

Um I know that there was discussion around, but this is more policing, but having um either more police or more people on the bus.

14:55

Um, but this was something that was discussed uh during the school day.

15:00

Um and then but but really what it sounds like is is we need people that are able to provide wraparound services and just also care and support for young people and be with them and take care of them.

15:13

Quite frankly, I think this is gonna be another cultural shift that we all need to to do and embracing our young people downtown.

15:22

Um so thank you everyone for calling in.

15:24

I I think what we can do is after budget is invite um the the administration's um dedicated person um to our our youth to maybe share with us some plans that they have for the summer because we know that during the summer um people are outside and we want to make sure that everybody is safe.

15:43

Um so really appreciate everyone calling in to our vice chair.

15:48

Thank you, thank you, madam chair, and good morning, everyone.

15:51

Um echoing your words, my chair around uh engaging our youth.

15:56

I think this is something that we talk about often about not only needing a place for young people together and and have fun and such.

16:03

Uh I know we have we don't have uh a lot of malls anymore, we don't have a lot of arcade skate parks, whatever it may be that we have enjoyed as we were young, um younger.

16:16

Uh and I I I think that's one element, right?

16:20

Because also downtown is a place where folks are coming to get those items or those things in life, and young people are seeing that as also a place that they want to gather as well because that is the place to gather in the city.

16:32

And so I think that's one aspect is that we need to um increase more opportunities for young people.

16:38

Um the other aspect is to how we react to young people that they are gathering.

16:42

And and I I think this is also opportunity to um to have uh a non-police response as we're talking about CVI, as we're talking about appeareducators and such um to be in those spaces.

16:54

I did see uh folks from ceasefire down um town, but I think more of those folks to say, hey, um, do you need anything?

17:04

How do you approach it in that way?

17:06

Uh the other thing I would say is that you're right, as we are talking about coming up on the summer and more programming.

17:11

I know the administration has indicated that they will have more programming, but I know there are things that exist right now in our communities.

17:18

Um, talking with folks in District 7 at St.

17:20

Suzanne's um Court Rouge uh Resource Center, they have after school programs of uh basketball, they have Steam and such.

17:27

So I say that to say if there are parents and and um and young people in District 7 that want to be connected to that, they can reach out to our office.

17:36

Um but I I agree, I look forward to the conversation with the administration on what more can we do, um not only to give our young people more things to do, but also to make sure that we're not um penalizing them for also wanting to be a part of what we all have taken part in here in downtown.

17:53

So thank you.

17:54

Thank you.

17:55

Um wholeheartedly agree.

17:58

I wonder what it would look like to activate her plaza.

18:01

Uh, that usually is not a space that is as active as I believe it could be, um, the way that we focus in campus Marshus.

18:08

But I I've been down there.

18:09

It's it's roped off if you're if you're under 21.

18:12

We need a space where you're not roped off for being young and you can still be a young person and have fun.

18:17

And we have a lot of space and we have a lot of downtown.

18:20

Uh so I I I think we can do this.

18:23

Member Waters.

18:24

Yeah, well, thank you, Madam Chair.

18:26

I just want to echo what you all said, and I certainly hope that we are not giving tickets out to the young people for what happened over the weekend.

18:36

I I gotta tell you, I I tried to leave my house and and go downtown.

18:44

And it was just absolutely electric.

18:47

I loved it.

18:47

I love seeing all the young people, they were out everywhere.

18:51

It the city felt alive.

18:54

So I I am not anti-having young people be out downtown like that.

18:59

And I'm just not.

19:01

So um, so I I hope that this is something that we can we can figure out how we work it out so that they feel as though they are part of this of this downtown and this Detroit, because we've got to make it happen for them, you know, otherwise they leave and go to other cities.

19:16

Yeah, we lose them.

19:18

So thank you.

19:19

Thank you, Member Waters.

19:20

Speaking of other cities, I I see young people going up and down the waterfront in Chicago all the time, right?

19:26

So I'm thinking about ours and our hot plaza and what if we activate those paces with putt putt the way that I've seen them there, right?

19:33

Just something for all of us to do, um, thinking about not just us as adults that want to enjoy the city, but us as a family um and everyone, from young people to to to our elders being here, being welcomed and enjoying the city.

19:47

So we will figure this out.

19:49

Thank you all for calling in and for sharing your concerns.

19:52

Um we will we will work on this.

19:54

Uh but continuing our work, um, I will now bring us to uh to focus on the agenda for today under unfinished business.

20:02

Um then to do to do someone just mentioned compost.

20:09

I just want to share that we do have a pilot program right now and looking forward to learning more about how that's going.

20:14

I'm actually part of the city's compost program.

20:17

Um, it's been really lovely so far.

20:19

Uh so wanna see what the impact's been through that and how to expand it soon.

20:25

Uh but moving us along to unfinished business.

20:28

20:54

21:02

I believe we brought is there motion to discuss?

21:05

Motion to discuss.

21:06

Thank you.

21:07

I believe we brought this back because we just needed a correction date.

21:11

Um, this is still the same date, so I'm wondering if we were able to receive um or if that's been included.

21:18

Mr.

21:19

Washington, do we have anyone from OCP or LPD?

21:22

I'm not sure who would be the one.

21:24

Um I'm forgetting who would be the one that would have that information.

21:30

Yes.

21:34

Not sure what I'm screening is not.

21:38

Um letter was sent for this.

21:41

Um, I included in the updated version of the TD report that was sent out for this committee.

21:46

Um, so I'm not sure if any other information is required, but I do see uh Mr.

21:51

Eric Cooper from OCP, maybe I'll defer to him.

21:54

But the uh report has been updated, madam chair.

21:57

Thank you.

21:58

Thank you.

21:59

Just wanted to get that confirmation.

22:02

Um, that's all the information that I needed for 5.1.

22:06

25:50

33:07

Good morning, Captain Jason Adams, Detroit Police Department Management Services.

33:11

Thank you for joining us, sir.

33:13

Uh, we are discussing the police contracts for specialty uniforms.

33:18

We have two of them.

33:20

If you wouldn't mind letting us know what the difference between the two are.

33:25

Uh these two contracts are for the same items.

33:28

We use two vendors to provide specialty uniforms, which are examples are for mounted traffic enforcement, uh color guard, uh, the other contracts for uniforms are for the basic uniforms that go to every member.

33:43

These are for specialty items that not every vendor stocks or provides.

33:48

Okay, and then just to confirm, would the Alley Brothers be the specialty items?

33:54

And the Enterprise be the regular uniforms.

34:01

Uh both are for specialty uniforms to the chair.

34:04

For specialty uniforms.

34:05

Okay.

34:06

Um, and then would you happen to know which ones those are for the the special uniforms?

34:14

Uh it would be for mounted for the members that ride horses, uh, traffic enforcement.

34:21

They have uh specialty pants and leather jackets, uh colour guard, which are the ceremonial uniforms.

34:29

Okay.

34:31

Thank you.

34:32

And I guess just to be clear, two different companies are you're saying they're both doing the same thing, or do they both have different orders and and they're specializing in those orders that that they both have?

34:46

My understanding is they're both providing the same items.

34:50

And uh, my experience with the uniforms, uh, we need them on short notice, and it can be burdensome, burdensome for a single vendor to try to provide all these items, and uh it's better to have multiple vendors to be able to supply the need for the department.

35:07

Understood, so this is gonna meet your capacity.

35:11

Correct okay, and thank you.

35:14

Are there any other questions for these two items?

35:17

Uh Madam Chair.

35:19

Yes, vice chair.

35:20

Thank you.

35:21

Good morning.

35:22

I just just to go off of that because I'm saying um two different contract amounts for this as well.

35:27

So are are we getting a different amount from different vendors?

35:33

Or how is that breakdown there?

35:36

To the chair, the the contract amount would be towards the uh volume that that preventer that vendor can provide.

35:44

Uh Enterprise can handle more of the volume, and so they had a greater number to their contract.

35:52

Okay, thank you.

35:54

Thank you.

35:55

Hearing no other questions, is there a motion to approve 6.2 and 6.4 motion hearing no objections, 6.2 and 6.4 will be approved, sent to formal with the recommendation to approve.

46:16

Thank you, Madam Chair.

46:17

Just a um point of information on that on a new business.

46:21

Is it just does it just take one objection to I would or is it majority?

46:25

It's just one of the things that we're doing.

46:26

Just the one.

46:27

Thank you.

46:28

Um I want to echo the skill trace task force.

46:33

Um and then I also know we had a uh um we also had I know we had a few folks call in um that may be new that have called in on, especially on the youth uh advocacy engagement.

46:47

Do want folks to know um that I know as we all shared our concerns around this, so I'm sure we'll continue to work on it.

46:54

Um I'll definitely check into um the curfew uh tickets overall.

47:00

I know that was a request as well.

47:01

So thank you.

47:03

Thank you, Member McCampbell.

47:04

And I believe Member Miller is also looking at or has a task force as well for um youth and curfews as well.

47:14

Not sure what the thought is there, but that's being discussed too.

47:17

Maybe a space to to collaborate there.

47:21

Two um the point made earlier around new business.

47:25

Now I'm not sure.

47:27

Um does it just be does it it take when we want to move items to new business, is it just the one objection that prevents it from moving to new business, or is it a majority as well?

47:38

A majority, so then it could have been to new business.

47:41

All right, so then that motion passes.

47:44

So to the clerk, um, we will then keep all items to new business uh 6.1 through 6.4.

47:51

Thanks everyone.

47:52

In my mind, it was similar to a waiver.

47:56

48:08

48:20

I might be wrong.

48:20

I hope not.

48:21

But uh other than that, we will see everyone here at 10 o'clock.

48:25

Uh, but for this committee, we are now adjourned.

Public Health and Safety Standing Committee Meeting - April 6, 2026

The Public Health and Safety Standing Committee met on Monday, April 6, 2026, chaired by Councilmember Gabriela Santiago Romero. The meeting covered routine consent items, public testimony, and discussion on youth engagement, policing downtown, demolition contracts, police specialty uniform procurement, and numerous memos. Key themes included youth safety, composting programs, blight enforcement, and transparency in city memos.

Consent Calendar

  • Approval of Minutes: The minutes from the previous session were approved without objection.
  • Item 5.1: Emergency residential demolition at 14744 E State Fair (contract 3091173, $18,063) was approved as amended after a corrected date was confirmed.
  • Item 5.6: Emergency demolition at 4742 Fisher (contract 3091361, $18,179) was approved as corrected.
  • Items 5.12, 5.13, 5.14: Memos regarding rental certificate of compliance, blight violations, and eviction moratorium were received and filed.
  • Item 6.1: Amendment to contract 6001625 (Brooklyn and Outdoor) for a nine-month extension to complete bus shelters; no cost increase; approved.
  • Item 6.3: Supplemental grant for clean freight vehicles (contract 6007434, $100,000) approved.
  • Items 6.5 and 6.6: Dangerous buildings findings and orders for March 13 and March 20, 2026, concurred with the department.
  • Item 6.8: Petition for approximately 182 banners for the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix approved and sent to new business.

Public Comments & Testimony

  • Brother Cunningham (in-person): Expressed concerns about the youth free bus fare pilot program, suggesting restrictions (weekdays only, limited times) to avoid problems from youth swarming downtown.
  • William M. Davis (online): Requested that landlord blight violation history be included in relevant memos and that the city be reimbursed for demolitions; promoted composting.
  • Betty A. Varner (online, president of DeSoda Else World Black Association): Thanked Councilmember Waters for support on land use hearing fees and Finkel Corridor efforts; announced a free health fair on April 18th.
  • Parish Halsell (online): Criticized increased police presence for youth downtown, argued public safety requires services, not policing; noted troubling treatment of youth by police.
  • Caller (owner Papa) (online): Seconded concerns, asked for youth programming and an update on "dirty dirt" contamination and its health impacts.
  • Jennifer Owenu (online, District 2 resident): Condemned the handling of youth over the weekend, calling for engagement and positive activities rather than arrest and disrespect.
  • Tyson Gersh (online): Complained that many council memos lack written responses and disappear without public trace, urging more transparent government.
  • Caller ending in 039 (online): Alleged widespread election fraud and made accusations against council members.

Discussion Items

  • Youth Engagement and Policing Downtown: Following public comments, the chair and members (Santiago Romero, McCampbell, Waters) discussed the need to create welcoming spaces for youth downtown. They emphasized de-escalation training, non-police responses (e.g., Ceasefire, peace educators), activating spaces like Hart Plaza, and coordinating with the administration's youth staff. Councilmember Waters expressed joy at seeing young people downtown and opposed ticketing them.
  • Police Specialty Uniform Contracts (Items 6.2 and 6.4): Captain Jason Adams (Detroit Police Department) explained that both contracts (Alle Brothers for $275,324.40 and Enterprise Uniform for $360,770.75) are for specialty uniforms (e.g., mounted, traffic enforcement, color guard). Using two vendors ensures capacity and short-notice supply. Councilmembers questioned the differences and amounts.
  • Item 5.1 Correction: A date discrepancy was noted and confirmed as corrected via an updated report from OCP.
  • Items 5.5 and 5.9 (Demolition Process Memos): Similar questions were referred to different departments (LPD and Public Services/DPA); both were brought back for one week.

Key Outcomes

  • Votes and Approvals:
    • Items 6.2 and 6.4 (police specialty uniforms) were approved. A motion to send these and other items to new business initially faced one objection (Member McCampbell) but later passed by majority, sending 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, and 6.4 to new business.
    • Item 6.8 (Grand Prix banners) sent to new business.
  • Bring-Backs (one week unless noted):
    • Items 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.7, 5.8, 5.9, 5.15, 6.7, 6.9, 6.10, 6.11, 6.12, 6.13, 6.15, 6.17 brought back in one week.
    • Items 5.10, 5.11, 6.14, 6.16, 6.18 brought back in two weeks.
  • Referrals and Next Steps:
    • The committee agreed to invite the administration's youth coordinator to discuss summer plans and youth programming after budget.

    • The committee acknowledged a pilot compost program and plans to expand it.

Who if I take you around the city, you know where the money is going. So how about it? May not be perfect, but I've been doing a little while and you're in safe hands. Um I am concerned about the the pilot program for the youth. Obviously, a swarms of them get on the bus and go downtown to go do it. Not to say they're gonna cause problems. Well, I am to say some of them might cause some problems. Maybe it should be restrictions like Monday through Friday, um, until a certain time, not on the weekends or some type of restrictions because uh I'm reluctant to deal with the Yns and whatever, whatever, whatever, because they I've gotten advice with them, etc. And I do nothing to bother anyone.
