Meeting Transcript
Important reminders about tonight's virtual meeting. As our meetings are virtual, we ask that commissioners moving to approve or seconding a motion, state their name prior to making the motion for the record. All motions must be a roll call vote to eliminate any background noise or interference during the meeting. You'll be asked to set your microphone to mute until it's your turn to speak. Public comments is limited to three minutes per person. When it's time for the public comment portion of the meeting, you'll be called upon and asked for you to state your full name and address for the record. Public comment is not an interactive question and answer quorum, but rather a time for you to state your comments on a particular item or issue. Mute your microphone, and you may resume watching the meeting on your end at that time. Good evening. Welcome to the November 4th meeting of the planning commission. Please join me for the Pledge of Allegiance. I pledge allegiance. I pledge allegiance to the flag. And to the root republic. One nation under God under God and the visible. Okay. And will the Secretary please call roll? Commissioner Hoback. I'm here. Commissioner Luffy is absent and excused. Commissioner Ames. Here. Commissioner Sawish. Present. Commissioner Witt? Present. Vice Chair Frazier is absent and excused. Chair Zuniga is also absent and excused. We have a quorum. Okay, so we have an agenda before us this evening. Does staff have any changes to the agenda? No changes this evening. Do we have a motion to approve tonight's agenda? With move to approve. Go back, second. We have a motion and a second. Will the secretary please conduct a roll call vote? Commissioner Hobbach. Approve. Commissioner Ames. Yes. Commissioner Witt? Yes. Commissioner Salish. Yes. That is unanimous. Okay, so this brings us to the public comments portion of the meeting. Again, this is for public comments intended for items not already scheduled on the agenda to be discussed. Public comments is limited to three minutes per person. When you're called upon, you'll be asked to state your full address and name for the record.
