Erie Town Council Meeting Summary – February 11, 2025

On February 11, 2025, the Erie Town Council met at 6:30 PM in Council Chambers. The extension is needed because geotechnical analysis took longer than expected, which delays securing a letter of intent from an anchor grocer and finalizing costs. The amendment extends the inspection period to May 2025 and the approvals period to May 2026. Councilmember O'Connor asked about the hotel component; Fleming confirmed a letter of intent from a hotel developer is expected in the approvals period. The council approved Resolution 25-024 unanimously.
