The regular meeting of the Evansville Police Department Pension Board was called to order at 8:23 AM on August 5, 2026, in Room 307 of the Civic Center Complex. Roll call revealed that only four members were present (President Pro-Tem Aaron McCormick, Treasurer Robert Gunter, Secretary Rick Hubbard, Acting Member Jeff Breivogel, and Board Attorney Nick Cirignano) while President Mayor Stephanie Terry, Chief Phil Smith, and Acting Members Kyle Kassel, Patrick McDonald, and Erik Belford were absent. With only four voting members present (the attorney does not count toward quorum), the board lacked a quorum of five required to conduct business. President Pro-Tem McCormick declared the meeting adjourned at 8:24 AM without any action taken.
