Hillsborough County LDC Amendment Second Public Hearing – January 15, 2026
The Board of County Commissioners held the second of two required public hearings to consider a text amendment to the Land Development Code (LDC). The sole item was LDC 25-1126 regarding Wellhead and Surface Water Resource Protection, proposed by the Environmental Services Division. Staff presented the amendment, no public speakers were heard, and the board voted unanimously to adopt the ordinance.

The board will vote on the proposed amendment after the close of the public hearing.
