We've heard from both Mr. Windsor and Mr. Wicklin that they were unavailable. Mr. Windsor's out of town. Do we have a motion to excuse? And before I say that, uh Mr. Tucker has submitted his resignation, so we don't need to excuse him. But he's he won't be coming. So move. Second. There's a motion by Mr. Duncan, segmented by Mr. Brown that Mr. Windsor and Mr. Wickman be excused. All those in favor say aye. Aye. Those opposed. Motion carries. Should have had the order.
