Let's start with uh business session. Our first item for business session is approval of the minutes of business session of June fifth, twenty twenty-five. Is there a motion? So move second. Um there's no councilman O'Neill here, nor the Parade of Hearts folks, so we will likely either defer that to a later meeting or have that be part of additional business and a transportation infrastructure and operations committee meeting. Our next item is rehabilitation and detention initiatives. The uh goal there is to discuss uh items relating to both a quick build facility, um, a longer term permanent facility that we have the city, and then other rehabilitation efforts that we've discussed over the years. I believe given some of the procurement steps that we have and others, we'd look to actually take that up in close session, uh, as well as other items, so I'll entertain a motion. Honorable mayor, I move that we uh go into close session pursuant to sixteen dot zero two one of the revised statutes of Missouri, subsections one, two, eleven, three, and thirteen.
