There are some adjustments to this evening's agenda. Uh item number one under new business. Uh petition number 26 XP-01. Michael and Amanda Stevens are the owners and petitioners. Paradise Pastures the subdivision. It's located approximately two tenths of a mile west of County Line Road on the south side of East 137th Avenue, also known as 9311, East 137th Avenue, Winfield Township. The request is for a one-year extension of their primary plan approval of pasture paradise. Uh that's the purpose of law to allow for a one-year extension. They did not advertise as required two times uh in uh general newspaper. And also on our agenda tonight needs to be adjusted on a study session, which is section nine, page five, item number one, twenty-six-shelling, STP Holdings LLC as own petitioner.
