Good afternoon and welcome to the Pittsburgh City Council's Cablecast public hearing for Tuesday, July 28, 2026, relative to Bill 2026-0606. Will the clerk please read the title of the bill? Bill 606, resolution requesting the approval of an intermunicipal transfer of a liquor license from McCrossen's Landing Pub LLC, located at 13 Edsell Lane, Monongahela PA to the applicant, Silver Ashes Hospitality Group, LLC, located at 728 Copeland Street, Pittsburgh 15232, pursuant to amend to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code Statute 4-461. Thank you. And so we have an interesting situation here where we will actually be taking action as City Council to extend the time frame for hearing this particular bill beyond the 45 days the council typically takes from the time of um from the time of introduction of the issue. So stating that publicly that uh we will have a hearing on this, but it will be scheduled after city council's August recess. So, having exhausted the business of this public hearing, this meeting is adjourned.
