Um so first and foremost, uh Nathan's been with the Princess Police Department for over 20 years now.

We got his 20 years on on August 29th, but in anticipation of the other reason that we're here tonight, which is he was being promoted to lieutenants, uh, we waited to do this all at one time.

So I have a letter of commendation for Lieutenant Arbus that it says Sergeant Artist.

Dear Nathan, on behalf of the Quentin Police Department, it's my considered pleasure to present you this letter of commendation and recognition of your 20 years of service with the department.

Join the department as a patrol officer on August 29th of 2005, graduated from basic police training and PPI in December of 2005, attended Western Land University and graduated with a bachelor's science degree in law enforcement and justice administration in 2006.
