Madam Clerk. Good afternoon, everyone. The informal meeting of the Richmond City Council will now come to order. Madam Clerk, if you will provide the chamber emergency evacuation announcement, followed by the roll call and then the docket review. Upon activation of the emergency alarm signal, all persons should immediately exit the building. Please use the exits to the left or right front of the council chamber or the north or south stairways outside the rear doors of the chamber. Do not use elevators or escalators. After exiting the building, security would direct everyone down ninth street to the fenced area located between Clay and Lee Streets. Able person should visually and should assist visually and hearing impair visitors with exiting the building. Thank you, Madam Clerk. Let's proceed with the document review. Starting with the consent agenda, item number one, ordinance twenty twenty-six one oh two. This paper is to be continued to the July twenty-seventh council meeting per A request. Item two, ordinance twenty twenty-six one oh nine, planning commission recommended approval. However, this item is also to be continued to the July 27th council meeting per A request. Item three, ordinance twenty twenty-six one thirteen. So this item is to be continued to the January to the July 27th council meeting. Items five and six, ordinance twenty twenty-six, one twenty-five and twenty twenty-six, one twenty-six, land use housing and transportation standing committee recommended approval. Items fourteen through eighteen, ordinances twenty twenty-six one thirty-four, one thirty-five, one thirty-six, one thirty-seven, and one thirty-eight. Committee referral was waived on all five items, and all five items will be retained on this evening's consent agenda. Education and Human Services Standing Committee recommended approval. Items twenty-five and twenty-six ordinances twenty, twenty-six, one hundred forty-five, and one forty six, land use housing and transportation standing committee recommended approval. Item twenty seven, ordinance twenty, twenty six, one hundred seventy six, one forty seven. I'm sorry, Planning Commission recommended approval. Items twenty eight through thirty-one. Item thirty two, resolution twenty twenty-six or zero twenty-four, land use housing and transportation standing committee recommended a continuance. So this item is to be continued to the July twenty-seventh council meeting. This paper was amended at the June eighth council meeting and is currently being retained on this evening's regular agenda. Item thirty-five, ordinance twenty twenty six, zero eighty-one, finance and economic development standing committee recommended a continuance of this item. And so this item is to be continued to the July twenty seventh council meeting. Item thirty six, ordinance twenty twenty six zero ninety. This item was amended at the June eighth council meeting, and it's currently being retained on this evening's regular agenda. Items twenty thirty-seven and thirty-eight, ordinance twenty twenty six, zero ninety two, and twenty twenty-six zero ninety six. Both items were continued from the June eighth council meeting, and both are currently being retained on this evening's regular agenda. And lastly, item thirty nine, resolution twenty twenty-six R019. So this item is to be continued to the July twenty-seventh council meeting.
