Welcome to the Development Review Commission. Today is August twelfth, twenty twenty five. I am Andrew Johnson. And here is my preamble. The development review commission is created to hold public meetings and hearings to provide analysis and recommendations to the city council regarding general land use policies and applications where the commission has recommendatory power and to render final decisions on specified applications where the commission has final decision making power, including but not limited to all aspects of a proposed and future development. Stephen Richter. Can I get a motion for approval on those? Please. Motion to approve uh meeting minutes items 2A and 2B. Okay. So there's a motion for the approval. Is there a sec by Commissioner Richter? Is there a second? Second. Seconded by Commissioner Tom. All those in favor, please raise your hand. Okay, so we have we have six um in the affirmative and one abstaining. Uh Commissioner Joe Forte abstaining. All right. Next up, I will review our consent agenda. If there is anyone in the audience wishing to speak on one of these items, please get my attention when I read it. Otherwise, it will be uh on our consent agenda and approved through uh unanimous of vote. Unanimous vote. Um the first one on our consent agenda is item 4A, which is a request a use permit to allow two required parking spaces in the front yard setback for the 13th Street residents. I've been uh missing a couple of DRC meetings, and it was for uh visited some of our amazing Tempe sister cities, and uh there were some other things. I wasn't blowing it off on the beach, just want to blow that throw that out there. So just want to share that. Thank you. Thank you for that, uh Commissioner Forte. Any staff announcements?
