Uh we have three items on our agenda, and I'm going to just read through all three of them.

Uh we have a use permit to allow a two-story single family residence for 21 West 9th Street.

We have a use permit for the addition of a second story to the Haas residence at 321 East Taylor Street, and we have a use permit to allow resale items, donated school or office supplies for treasures for teachers located at 3025 South 48th Street, suite 101, all in Tempe.

Uh, it is the intention of the Commission to place all three of these cases on our consent agenda.

The purpose of the consent agenda is so that we can vote in favor of all of those items in one single vote.

Um, I'd look to the public to see if there's anyone here in attendance who wish to have any of these three cases heard and removed from the consent agenda.

Staff, if you can help me if we've got anybody that's reached out.

We did have uh excuse me, Saperna, there was requests uh from three members of the public who had submitted comment cards that wish to have uh their support uh written uh read into the records.

Is that true?

Chairman, they actually had common cards to speak during the meeting for um the Haas residents, um but they were all in support of the project.

So they're all in support.

Do you see um do you have those cards where you can recognize the names to see if they're actually here in attendance?

And if so, I'd ask them to uh raise their hand and uh or let us know if they would still rather speak on the public record.
