Assisting the council tonight are Jack Blair, City Attorney, Lori Doring, Secretary to the Council, and Brandon Worley, Council staff. If you wish to speak on an agenda item, please see Brandon to complete a request to speak card prior to that item being read. You will not be allowed to speak on any item that has already been read. Please join us in the pledging allegiance to the flag of our country and remain standing for a moment of silence. Tonight we have proclamations for the neighborhood academy. You ready? In October of 2024, the City of Tulsa implemented a free educational program called the Neighborhood Academy, designed to equip uh residents with tools, resources, and knowledge to be uh strong community leaders and make positive changes in their neighborhoods. So everyone tonight is getting um the proclamation that reads the honorable Monroe Nichols and the Tulsa City Council hereby present the following neighborhood academy leadership certificates in recognition of successfully completing the coursework prescribed for graduation for this program. In witness thereof, we hereby award award uh this distinction on the twenty-fourth day of June of two thousand and twenty-six. I'm gonna hand over the microphone. So obviously there were twenty-seven people that went through this program. So thank you all, those that are present and those who weren't able to make it tonight for going through this lengthy process. There's a lot of information, and so hopefully you'll be able to take this information and make uh impactful um collaborations in your neighborhood. So uh we're gonna go through the list here.
