Um, those proposed hours operation Sunday, 11 to 10 p.m., Monday through Thursday, 11 to midnight, Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m.

to 3 a.m.

Um this is the area map.

It's uh going in the shopping center right across from Publix.

What was there before?

Uh we dash restaurant, uh we that's oh we that we're okay the proposed yeah, I know exactly where you are now.

The proposed occupancy load is 108 people.

Um that floor plan right there is actually a floor plan of the entire shopping center itself.

Crickets locations.

Um, and they did turn into most of them or a lot of them turned into DJs, uh a bunch of dancing singing, not a restaurant.

So my concern is uh after eight, nine o'clock that this establishment would turn into more of a a uh bar atmosphere and not a restaurant.

I have not talked to the applicant at all about this.

That's why it's at least a week to discuss it with the applicant and work out details.

This sounds a little bit like the crew place.

Yeah, it does sound like and the applicant is here, so we will ask you to come to the mic, give your name and address in a second.

But um actually the part he's parting the apps actually coming in as well.

Okay and I just want to make sure that it's a restaurant, it does not turn into any type of club or anything that goes into that.
