Meeting Transcript
To approve. So moved. Second. Moved and second. And any discussion. All in favor say aye. Aye. Item uh minutes are approved. Item number one is approval of a right-of-way use permit for the Academy Drive Homeowners Association to add additional brick column, additional brick column to the end of the existing entrance sign wall. Mike, welcome. Good afternoon. So very simply. It's in the public right-of-way. Probably been there 30 years, long before I think the city initiated, you know, right-of-way use permits. So what they want to do is they want to modify the sign. That is a image of the proposed look. Today there's only one column. So I can make this thing go backwards. That's what's there today. And that's what they wanted to end up looking like when they modify the monument sign. We are you know getting a right-of-use permit for this so that there's just a clear understanding that car hits this. The HOA is responsible for that's a reasonable question from committee members. Can I get a motion? Second. All in favor say aye. Aye. Item one is approved. Item two is approval of contract amendment number two with TTL for the University of Boulevard East Roadway Improvement Project. Total is 35,000, 25 dollars. Clint, welcome. Hello, good afternoon. Good afternoon. Yes, sir. So this amendment adds bid phase services and real allocates funds from services from that were either completed or like completed and didn't have to use the entire funds or just deemed unnecessary to those requiring additional designs and consulting. So that's for this. What is the amendment is uh contract amendment? So uh gosh, sorry. All right, y'all. Sorry, we were having amber alerts. It's not a flaws. Everything's fine. Okay. See yes, sir. The contract amendment. Um there was uh several tasks that were not completely used up, and they were moved to the design phase, and then uh it's also moved to the bid phase. So this is an additional 35,000 to supplement what was left over. The bid phase and the re the there were several redesigns that occurred during this uh before the several tasks that were not used up, yes sir. Like what? Like what? Yes, sir.
