And of this one, the first step is establishing your baseline and benchmarking.

And this is an introduction to Energy Star Portfolio Manager.

Most of you are participants in the challenge program.

So we're thrilled to have you here and be a part of this thing.

We look forward to this next year of running this program.

So since all of you don't actually know each other, if you wouldn't mind, um, I'll go around the staff first, and then if each one of you can introduce yourself, uh, that would be great.

I'm Valerie.

I'm the city's energy manager in the Office of Climate Action.

And if Dustin uh can introduce himself.

Currently named Angela Scott here in the square, but I'm actually Dustin Smith, and I am the green building manager with the City of Alexandria, and I work a lot with uh implementation of green building policy or plan on new development in the city.

But I'm also um supporting Valerie on this project as you guys get started with your um benchmarking your buildings.

My name is Angela Scott, and I am the asset management analyst here at Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority.

And Martin Lucirio is the director of asset uh management, and uh he had an emergency and he's not able to attend.
