Meeting ever. I move to adjourn. Okay. You didn't just jinx it, did you? Yeah, and then sometimes that happens. Just a second it's not. I don't know. Ten people walking in to speak. Let's go ahead and call the special plan commission meeting of Tuesday, July 22nd, 2025 to order. We have roll call. Mayor Brendan Pratt. Plan Commission member Sue Roll. Here. Nicholas Hog. Dean Roth. Matthew Beeren. Bill Hepner. We have absent Ben Traxel. We also have present Taylor Greenwell, Planning Director, and Cindy Bauer, City Clerk. We have a quorum. Right. So some participation. Seeing none, Roth will move to close. This is participation period. All in favor say aye. Okay. Number one. Public hearing at 5 30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible for a conditional use permit to allow for the operation of a bar holding a Class B bear license and a Class C wine license as submitted by the Iron Horse Saloon Incorporated, located at 201 Division Street, Altona, Wisconsin, parcel number 201-2002-03-010. Thank you, Your Honor. So this would be really quick. This is for the bar slash tavern over at the container park. The zoning for this area is commercial. It's currently obviously a vacant piece of land that uh will hopefully be not very vacant at all starting in Saturday. Uh the planning commission is the approval authority for conditional use permits. Um this will be one of several businesses that's on the property alongside restaurant and retail. Um this shows. Um this does show where on the site plan the actual bar is located. Um it's just towards the rear towards where the stage will be. As far as our comp plan, our comp plan has this area designated as commercial, so this lines up with our comprehensive plan perfectly. It's zone commercial, so it means zoning. Um as far as the per criteria, it meets all of the CEP criteria that we have in our code that CEPs have to meet. Um it's it's in a city facility essentially, so it's essentially city sponsored. Uh they'll have to work with all of the regular operating hours of the park. Um they have to follow the a lease agreement, uh that's the rules of the park and everything, but beyond that, uh it's really straightforward. As far as staff's recommendation, we do recommend approval.
