The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Arlington, Texas, convened a regular plat agenda session on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 5:33 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall. Chairperson Linda Gibson presided. All seven commissioners were present: Chairperson Gibson, Commissioners Talambas, Finley, Ware, Payne, Greer, and Carter. The meeting was called to order, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. The commission unanimously approved the minutes from the May 1, 2024 meeting and then considered three plat applications on the consent agenda, all of which were approved with conditions as recommended by staff.

I hereby call this regularly noticed meeting of the City of Arlington's Planning and Zoning Commission Platte Agenda for May 15th, 2024 into session. Commissioner Payne, will you lead us in the pledge, please? A copy of the minutes from our May 1st, 2024 meeting were sent to all the commissioners in advance. Are there any changes or corrections to the minutes? If not, do I have a motion to approve the minutes? I have a motion from Commissioner Payne and a second from Commissioner Ware. Please cast your votes. Thank you. The final plat for Slaughter Edition, the preliminary plat for Eden Ranch, and a final plat for CCMD addition. We don't have any cards yet. Are there any speakers concerning those three plates?
