It will be located at 2020 South Watson Road, and it will be operated by Totel Energies.

It currently is underveloped, and the zoning is community commercial.

The site is north of East Pioneer Parkway, west of South Watson Road, State Highway 360, within two miles of six existing gas well sites.

There are several single-family and multifamily residential developments to the west.

On the site plan, it shows the buffer which is in red, which is the 600-foot buffer, and in within that buffer, there are no protected uses.

Mothers Heart Learning Center is 1,063 feet to the north.

John's Elementary is 2200 feet to the west, and Bob Cook Park is 3100 feet west, and all of those are with uh from the proposed drill zone.

III.B – Zoning Case PD24-17 (2007 Northwest Green Oaks Boulevard)

Request to change zoning from Planned Development-Community Commercial (PD-CC) to Planned Development (PD) for Community Commercial (CC) to allow an 80-foot wireless communication tower, addressing a setback deviation. The applicant (Broadest Services) noted the tower would improve cell service for nearby residents. Several residents spoke in support, citing poor service and 911 issues. The Commission approved 7-0.

III.C – Zoning Case PD24-19 (410 East Rogers Street)

III.E – Zoning Case PD24-31 (2423 and 2421 West Division Street / 347 North Bowen Road)

The Commission approved 7-0, with conditions excluding sexually oriented businesses and used auto sales.
