We'll call this meeting to order. Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Tom Ware, and I serve as Vice Chair of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Arlington. I hereby call this regularly notice meeting of the City of Arlington's Planning and Zoning Commission. Plat agenda for April 16th, 2025 into session. We'd like to do the uh the pledge. Commissioner Blake, will you please lead us in the pledge of allegiance? And to the public for which it stands on the visible with the liberty and a copy of the minutes of our April 2nd, 2025 plat agenda meeting were sent to all the commissioners in advance. Were there any changes or corrections needed to the minutes? Seeing none, do I have a motion to approve the minutes? Uh and there is a second also. Commissioner Blake and Commissioner Greer seconds. Do I have a I have a motion from those two? Sorry, I'm lost here on my on my script. Please vote. We have a vote of uh seven yes and one abstention for the consent agenda plat to be approved with conditions tonight. We have one plat on the consent agenda under plates to be approved approved with conditions. Preliminary plat children's south edition. Do we have any speakers on this item? No. Do I have a motion to approve the plat on the consent agenda? Plats be approved with conditions. And I have a second. Commissioner Blake. Uh motion made the motion. Commissioner Finley seconded.
