The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Arlington, Texas, convened in a Regular Plat Session on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 5:37 PM in the City Hall Council Chamber. The meeting was open to the public. The commission approved the previous session's minutes and unanimously approved all four items on the consent agenda for plats to be approved with conditions.
Consent Calendar
- Approval of Minutes: The minutes from the Plat Session on May 21, 2025, were approved by a motion from Commissioner Winkles, seconded by Commissioner Sumpter. The motion carried with 7 ayes and 0 nays.
- Consent Agenda – Plats to be Approved with Conditions: The following four plats were approved as a consent agenda with conditions, based on staff recommendations, by a motion from Commissioner Blake, seconded by Commissioner Greer. The motion carried with 7 ayes and 0 nays.
- V.A: Amending Plat – Lots 42R & 43XR, Block 1, Lakeside at Viridian Collins East Phase 1L, approximately 0.2986 acres, zoned PD for mixed residential and non-residential uses, generally located south of Prairie Falcon Drive and east of North Collins Street.
- V.B: Preliminary Plat – Arlington RV Addition, Lots 1, Block 1, zoned Light Industrial (LI), generally located south of West Division Street and west of South Bowen Road, addressed as 3104 West Division Street.
- V.C: Replat – Hampden Woods Addition, Lot 24-R, Block 3, zoned Planned Development (PD), generally located north of N.E. Green Oaks Boulevard.
- V.D: Final Plat – The Mark at Arlington Addition, zoned Planned Development (PD) for limited Residential Multi-family 22 (RMF-22) uses, generally located south of East Arbrook Boulevard and east of Dr. MLK Jr. Drive.

We have an amending plat for lots 42R and 43 XR, block 1, Lakeside at Veridian Collins East Phase 1L. We have a preliminary plat for the Arlington RV edition, a replat for the Hampton Woods edition, and a final plat for the Mark at Arlington edition. Do we have any speakers on this item?
