Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Dr. Ignacio Nunez. I serve as chair of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Arlington. I hereby call this regularly noticed meeting of the City of Arlington's Planning and Zoning Commission a regular session to order for October the 8th, 2025. Since we don't have any actual cases, the administrative, and we will have no speakers. The general guidelines for general decorum will be skipped. So we're going to move right on in to the approval of minutes. A copy of the minutes of our September 24th regular session were sent to all the commissioners. Were there any changes or corrections that were needed to these minutes? Seeing none, I do have a motion to approve by Commissioner Blake. A second by Commissioner Winkles. Please cast your vote. Motion passes. Thank you very much. This time I will now call on Gen Choppel to present the 2026 planning and zoning calendar. I think Jency has left. Okay. We did discuss this in work session. So our meetings won't be on the first and third as uh typical. Some of them have been moved around, some of them still are on the first and third. But if you have any questions, I'll be happy to try to answer them. Oh, do the commissioners have any further comments or questions about the uh changes that are being made to the planning and zoning calendar for the year 2026. If not, I will entertain a motion to approve the calendar. I have a motion to approve by Commissioner Blake and a second by Commissioner Greer. Please cast your vote. Motion passes 9 to nothing. That completes our business. Do we have any reports from any boards or commissions? No, sir. Any announcements from staff or reports from staff? No, sir. Do we have any so uh finally I want to remind everyone that our next regular session meeting of the planning and zoning commission is on Wednesday, October the 29th, 2025 at 530 p.m. And I hereby declare this meeting adjourned.
