Okay. Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Dr. Ignacio Nunez. I serve as chair of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Arlington. I hereby call this regularly noticed meeting of the City of Arlington's Planning and Zoning Commission. Regular session, excuse me, plat session. To order. It's just a plat session. Commissioner Blake, would you lead us in the Pledge of Allegiance? Underground. Thank you very much. A copy of the minutes of our September 24th, 2025 plat agenda meeting were sent to all the commissioners in advance. Were there any changes or corrections that were needed to those minutes? Seeing none, uh, do I have a motion to approve by Commissioner Ware and a motion to second by Commissioner Winkles? Please cast your vote. Motion passes. Moving on to the next item on our agenda tonight. We have two platts on the consent agenda under plates with conditions. The first plat is a preliminary plat, the assured Bowman edition. And Mr. Turner, is that the one you wanted to talk about? The one between Abram and UTA. So that would be the minor plat, the Owen Medlin edition. So this is a consent agenda item. So we discuss these during the work session, but sir, if you would like to come to the microphone and uh make your statement, please remember to state your name and only the city that you live in. And then you have three minutes to speak. Hi, this is Donald Turner, and I live in Garland, Texas, and I support mixed use development there as part of the development of foreign base code. There this could be the opportunity to include a grocery store as uh it could allow people to walk to the store rather than drive there. Also, maybe include a uh maybe uh a tourist tower on that site. So, what else is on this area planned for? Mr. Turner, uh this is your moment to speak either in support or against this. We're not going to reply. Um there definitely needs to should be a grocery store at that site. Very good. Yep. Finish speaking. Thank you, sir. You may take your seat.
