Ladies and gentlemen, uh, my name is Dr. Ignacio Ninias. I serve as chair of the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Arlington. I hereby call this regularly notice meeting of the City of Arlington's Planning and Zoning Commission regular session to order for October the 29th, 2025. A copy of the minutes of our October the 8th, 2025 session were sent to all of the commissioners in advance. Were there any changes or corrections needed to the minutes? Seeing none, do I have a motion to approve the minutes? I have a motion to approve by Commissioner Finley. I have a second by Commissioner Blake. Please cast your vote. Motion passes 9 to nothing. Do we have any reports from boards or commissions? No, sir. Any other additional reports from staff or any announcements? None. Therefore, uh I want to remind everyone that our next regular session meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission is on Wednesday, November the 12th, 2025 at 5.30 p.m. Ladies and gentlemen, we are adjourned.
