I serve as chair of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Arlington, and I hereby call this regularly noticed meeting of the City of Arlington's Planning and Zoning Commission Plat Agenda for October the 29th, 2025 into session. First order of business is minutes, a copy of the minutes of our October the 8th, 2025 plat agenda meeting. We're sent to all the commissioners in advance. Were there any changes or corrections needed? Seeing none to have a motion to approve. I do from Commissioner Winkles. And I have a second from Commissioner Blake. Please cast your vote. Motion passes 8 to nothing. Next, we have on our agenda. Everybody's here. All right. So let the minutes show that the motion passed nine to nothing. All commissioners were in the affirmative. Next, we have four platts on the consent agenda under PLATS to be approved with conditions. These were discussed during our work session. And we have a replat from for the Glendale edition, an amending plat for the Brandon Place edition, a replat for the LC Harrison edition, and a final plat for the Seoul Davis edition. Do we have any speakers on this topic? No card. Therefore, uh can I have a motion to approve these items on the consent agenda? I do have a motion from Commissioner Ware and a second from Commissioner Blake. Please cast your vote. Motion passes nine to nothing.
