Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Dr. Ignacio Nunez. I serve as chair of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Arlington. I hereby call this regularly noticed meeting of the City of Arlington's Planning and Zoning Plat Agenda for November the 12th, 2025 into session. Our first order of business is to approve the minutes from October the 29th, 2025. These minutes were sent to all the commissioners in advance. Were there any changes or corrections that were needed? Seeing none, do I have a motion to approve the minutes? I have a motion to approve by Commissioner Sumter and a second by Commissioner Ware. Please cast your vote. Oh, thank you very much. We'll do it, we'll do it in a little bit. Tonight, uh the motion passes nine to nothing. Tonight we have five plates on the consent agenda, but before we do that, let's all stand. I'm going to lead us in the Pledge of Allegiance. Pledge of allegiance. One nation, under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all. Thank you. So tonight we have five plats on the consent agenda under Plats to be approved with conditions. These plats were discussed upstairs during the work session. We have first, a final plat, All-Star Legacy Park Edition, Amending Plat, Champions Park Edition, a preliminary plat entitled Cousins Edition, a replat, Quick Trip 853 edition, and a replat West Point Business Center Edition. Do we have any speakers on any of these items? Yes, sir. Do I have a motion to approve the plats on the consent agenda to be approved with conditions? I have a motion from Commissioner Winkles to approve and a second from Commissioner Blake. Please cast your vote. Motion passes 9 to nothing. Chair Nunes. Yes, sir. I just want to put in the record that I'm abstaining from the West Point edition replet. Thank you. Let the record reflect that Commissioner Sumter is abstaining from that particular plat.
