The Planning and Zoning Commission of Arlington, Texas, convened for a regularly scheduled Plat Agenda meeting on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 5:31 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall. My name is Dr. Ignacio Nunez. I serve as chair of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Arlington. I hereby call this regularly noticed meeting of the City of Arlington's Planning and Zoning Commission Plat Agenda for December 3rd, 2025 into session. And at this time, I'll ask Commissioner Winkles to lead us in the Pledge of Allegiance. Thank you. A copy of the minutes of our November the 12th, 2025 Plat Agenda Meeting were sent to all the Commissioners in advance. Were there any changes or corrections needed to the minutes? Seeing none, I have a motion to approve the minutes by Commissioner Winkles and a second by Commissioner Greer. Please cast your vote. Motion passes eight to nothing. Thank you. Tonight we have four plats in the consent agenda under Plats to be approved with conditions. First one is an amending plat entitled Arlington West Industrial Park Edition. Second, preliminary plat, calendar point edition. Third, a replat of the Highlands edition. Four, a final plat, the reserve at Wandaway edition. Let the record show that Commissioner Sumter will be abstaining on the reserve at Wandaway edition. And let the record also show that Dr. Nunez will be abstaining from the replat of the Highlands edition. I have a motion to approve by Commissioner Blake and a second by Commissioner Winkles. Cast your vote. Motion passes 8 to nothing with the minutes reflecting the abstentions on those two plates that were mentioned. Thank you very much.
