Well, it's 5 30, ladies and gentlemen. So my name is Dr. Ignacio Nunez, and I serve as chair of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Arlington. I hereby call this regularly noticed meeting of the City of Arlington's Planning and Zoning Commission Platte Agenda for January the 14th, 2026 into session. At this time, I'm going to ask Commissioner Carter to lead all of us in the Pledge of Allegiance. Please stand. One nation under God and indivisible with liberty and justice for all. Thank you. Staff sent a media notice in reference to PD 25 20 for the January 14th, 2026 Planning and Zoning Commission. This notice was sent in error. Additionally, no property owner notifications were sent. And in addition, for our uh for our informational purposes, this case, PD 25 20 that's supposed to be heard on the 14th, has been pulled. So it's not going to be on our agenda on the 14th. Um in addition, I'm going to also make another announcement before we jump into uh our business. The City of Arlington is having here at this location on the tomorrow on the 15th from 5 30 to 7 30 another community meeting for the city's comprehensive plan. This is the plan uh that's going to serve as a blueprint for the city of Arlington going forward over the next 10 to 15 years. Uh so it's been noticed the committee members will be here. There the public is invited, and I wanted to make uh uh I wanted to make that announcement. Our first item of business on the during the plat agenda is approval of the minutes. Copy of the minutes for our December the 17th, 2025 plat agenda meeting were sent to all the commissioners in advance. Were there any changes or corrections needed to these minutes? Seeing none, do I have a motion to approve the minutes? I do from Commissioner Blake, and I have a second from Commissioner Sumter. Cast your vote. Motion passes 8 to nothing with one abstention. Tonight, under the our consent agenda, we have plats to be approved with conditions. The first one is an amending plat entitled PACON Park Edition. The second one is a minor plat entitled SM edition, and the third is a preliminary plat, WD Lacey edition. These plats were reviewed during our work session in the council work chambers upstairs. Are there any uh speakers on these items? Seeing none, do I have a motion to approve the platts on the consent agenda to be approved with conditions? I have a motion to approve by Commissioner Ware and a second by Commissioner Greer. Cast your uh vote. Motion passes nine to nothing. There are no other items in our uh agenda for the Plat session, therefore the Plat agenda is hereby adjourned, and there will be a brief pause while we set up our computer system for our regular session.
