Planning and Zoning Commission Plat Agenda Meeting

Good evening, uh ladies and gentlemen. My name is Dr. Ignacio Nunez, and I serve as chair of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Arlington. I hereby call this regularly noticed meeting of the City of Arlington's Planning and Zoning Commission Platte agenda for February the 4th, 2026 in the session. This time I'll ask Commissioner Greer to lead us in the Pledge of Allegiance. Please stand. Thank you very much. Our first item of business is approval of minutes. A copy of the minutes of the January 14th, 2026 plat agenda meeting were sent to all the commissioners in advance. Were there any changes or corrections needed to any of the minutes? Seeing none, do I have a motion to approve? I do from Commissioner Winkles, and I have a second from Commissioner Ware. Please cast your vote. Motion passes nine to nothing. Next, we have a copy of the minutes of our January the 21st, 2026 plat agenda. And these minutes were also sent to all the commissioners in advance. Were there any changes or corrections needed to these minutes? Seeing none, I have a motion to approve by Commissioner Sumter and a second by Commissioner Maddox. Please cast your vote. Next on our agenda, we have uh three plates under the consent agenda to be approved with conditions. These uh platts were discussed upstairs during our work session. First, we have a replat GW Reagan edition entitled Anthem North. Next, we have a replat GW Reagan edition titled Anthem South, and we have a preliminary plat entitled the Mocket the Martin Sprockett edition. Do we have any speakers on these items for the plat agenda? Seeing none. Do I have a motion to approve the platform and consent agenda? I have a motion to approve by Commissioner Blake, and I have a second by Commissioner Winkles. Cast your vote, please. Motion passes 8 to nothing with one abstention.
