I serve as chair of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Arlington, and I hereby call this regularly noticed meeting of the City of Arlington's Planning and Zoning Commission Platte agenda for March 25th, 2026 into session. Well the audience, please stand up. Thank you, ladies and gentlemen. Our first order of business is approval of the minutes of the last uh P and Z plat meeting of March the 4th. These uh meeting uh minutes were sent to all the commissioners in advance. Were there any changes or corrections that were recommended? Seeing none, uh, do I have a motion to approve the minutes? I do by Commissioner Blake, and I have a second by Commissioner Winkles. Please cast your vote. Motion passes uh eight to nothing. We have uh on our consent agenda. We have plats to be approved with conditions. Tonight we have two platts on the consent agenda under plants plats to be approved with conditions. The first one is a preliminary plat from the treat the retreat. The second one is a preliminary plat, Veridian Village North Town Homes C2A. These were discussed upstairs at night. I want to acknowledge that I do have a card from Omar El Khadi in support of the Veridian Village North Town Home C2A. And Omar, are you here? Thank you for being here, sir, and thank you for your card. Uh were there any other speakers on these items? Uh do I have a motion to approve the plats on the consent agenda to be approved with conditions? I do have a motion to approve by Commissioner Blake, a second by Commissioner Winkles. Cast your vote. Motion passes eight to nothing. Uh Chair, I just want to make note that I abstained from item 4A. Item 4A. So to be very specific, that would be the preliminary plan. The retreat. Yes, sir. Okay, so let the record show that the vote on the preliminary plat was seven to nothing with one abstention. And the vote on the Verity and Village North was eight to nothing. All right, thank you. There being no further business, uh, I hereby adjourn the plat agenda meeting. We will now have a brief pause while we reset our computers for the regular session agenda for tonight.
