The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Arlington, Texas, held a Plat Session meeting on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, beginning at 5:35 PM in the City Hall Council Chamber. I serve as chair of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Arlington, and I hereby call this regularly noticed meeting of the City of Arlington's Planning and Zoning Commission Plat Agenda, May the 13th, 2026. A copy of these minutes were sent to all the commissioners in advance. Were there any changes or corrections needed to the minutes? Seeing and hearing none is I have a motion to approve by Commissioner Blake and a second by Commissioner Finley. Please cast your vote. Motion passes seven to nothing. Tonight we have uh three plat agendas, um, three platts, excuse me, on the consent agenda under plates to be approved with conditions. We have a preliminary plat located at 301 East Randall Mill, a final plat, Polly Webb Crossing Edition, and a replat of Temple O. Harris edition. Do we have any speakers on any of these items? We do not. Do I have a motion to approve the platts and the consent agenda to be approved with conditions? I have a motion to approve by Commissioner Semter and a second by Commissioner Maddox.
