The Bainbridge Island City Council held a special executive session on October 28, 2025, at 5:00 PM in Council Chambers and via Zoom. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Ashley Mathews with six councilmembers present and one excused absence. The sole agenda item was an executive session conducted pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) to discuss with legal counsel matters related to agency enforcement actions or litigation where public knowledge could result in adverse legal or financial consequences. The council adjourned to executive session for 30 minutes and reconvened at 5:32 PM, at which point Mayor Mathews adjourned the meeting.
