Roll Call
Mayor Moriwaki called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM. Councilmembers Fantroy-Johnson, Lant, Mathews, Nelson, and Schneider were present. Deputy Mayor Hytopoulos arrived during the executive session.
Executive Sessions
- (3:30 PM – 5:30 PM) – Personnel Evaluation Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(g), the council entered executive session for two hours to evaluate the qualifications of an applicant for public employment. No action was taken in open session.
- (5:30 PM – 6:00 PM) – Legal Consultation Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i), the council entered a second executive session for 30 minutes to discuss with legal counsel matters relating to agency enforcement action or potential litigation. No action was taken in open session.
Adjournment
At 6:00 PM, the council returned from executive session. Mayor Moriwaki adjourned the meeting at 6:02 PM.
