New Policy LU 4.E (transition standards at mixed-use/residential boundaries) approved 4-3 (Mayor, Mathews, Fantroy-Johnson opposed).
Motion to change “designate” to “consider designating” in Policy LU 1.C (countywide growth center) failed 3-4.
