Meeting Transcript
Good morning, everyone. Welcome to the October 27th, 2025 regular meeting of the Baton Ridge Metropolitan Byron Police Civil Service Board. Ms. Harris, if we could please call the roll. Mr. Michael Lemming. Present. Mr. Edwin Burra. Present. Mr. Bradley Rick. Present. Mr. Joshua Wanuville. Present. Mr. Todd Sterling. All right. We have a quorum. The floor is open for public comment. Hearing none. The floor is closed. Agenda item number two. Consider motion to approve agenda. Do we have any two amendment call for some promotional and competitive examinations? All right. Is this just as far as logistics? Is this better added to one of the existing agenda items or will this need to be a new agenda item? A new one. Yeah, I'll say a new one. Okay. Yeah. And so what we can make a number. So what makes it number 12? So we will. I was about to say I did every time we've ever added something to the very beginning of the agenda. I've always cringed a little bit. I'm like, that's a lot of renumbering that has to happen. So just to discuss informally for the moment, and then we'll make the motion. What what needs to be added to the agenda? I have one, two, three, four, five, six examination. Goodness. Okay. So Ms. Shawanda, do we already have that information or is this you have it all? Okay. Um, and so she has it, so she'll be able to kind of help us a little bit with this. Um how is this agenda item framed? Is it a a motion to set for examination or how to motion to call for examinations?
