Number one, PA 6-25, 8644, Greenwich Springs Road to amend comprehensive land use plan from residential neighborhood to compact neighborhood located on south side of Greenwell Springs Road, west of Joyce Drive, Council District 6 Dunn Jr. Number 2, Case 46 25, 8644, Grainwell Springs Road to rezone from light commercial and single family residential to light commercial one on property located on the south side of Granville Springs Road west of Joyce Drive. Council District 6 Dunn Jr. Number 3 TA 2 25. Chapter 18 Landscape and Trees Unified Development Code Amendment to revise Chapter 18 Landscape and Trees to modify regulations associated with buffers street yards screening and tree preservation. Number four case 41-25 4232 North Boulevard to rezone from transition to limited residential on property located on the south side of North Boulevard west of Ray Street Council District 7 Harris. Number 5, case 42-25, 124 West Chime Street to rezone from Heavy Commercial to Commercial Alcoholic Beverage Bar and Lounge on property located on the north side of West Chime Street West of Highland Road, Council District 10 Coleman.
