So before going into public forum, want to just have a quick announcement.

The previously noticed public hearing for the master fee schedule is postponed and will be renoticed for a future date.

Alright, so uh moving to the public forum.

So before starting your comments, please state your name and address an audible tone of voice for the record.

This is a time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Belgrade City Council that are not already on the agenda.

There will be an opportunity in in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item.

Please note the council may not engage in discussion or respond to questions during this time.

However, the mayor's discretion, the city manager may be asked to provide clarification on existing policy.

And also please limit your comments to three minutes.

All right, moving on to our discussion agenda.

Uh so we just have one thing uh on here for tonight is uh discuss and consider mayor's recommendations of the various advisory boards.

Uh so for the parks board, uh my recommendation is to reappoint Diana Perry and Clint Steadman.

Diana's uh the city representative, um one of the city representative seats, and Clint is one of the uh county representatives.

Uh both of them have been on the parks board and are active members, so I would recommend uh those two for reappointment.

Uh for the uh TIFF advisory committee, I would recommend uh Leslie Madsen and Riley McDonald.

Uh was able to chat briefly with both of them last week, and I think they would be a good additions on the advisory committee.

Uh unfortunately, um Andrew Sotero, the other applicant on this, uh, was ineligible.

Uh but there is some discussions about maybe uh expanding that to a larger committee as well.

Um so just as a reminder, uh we've got uh D D from the school district, uh we got Zach Brown from the County Commissioners, and then uh Councilmember Guffey is our council representative on that.

So that will fill out the remaining two with how we had wrote that resolution.

Um, one other item before I would open it up, see if there's any of the applicants here uh that would like to talk.

Um item two that we have to is uh deputy mayor madimo if you want to continue to serve on on the parks board as well.

I think your term is up this this month.

That's right, because it runs on the fiscal year civic calendar here.
