Speaker 1

0:10

We'll call the uh clinical review meeting to order.

0:14

Um we have any questions or comments regarding the minutes or the consent agenda.

0:26

Yep.

0:28

And uh we don't have any advertised public hearing items, so new business, uh Tom.

Speaker 2

0:35

Okay, so on the consent agenda, we've got uh property line adjustment for the substation over here on uh Southeast A and Sixth.

0:47

We've got a um Azalea Place Subdivision final plat.

Unassigned speaker

0:53

Uh

Speaker 2

0:53

this is at 3999 Gin Road, so between Hanglin and Brookside, 185 single family DTAT all zone R1, and then a phasing plan for a preliminary plat that has Centerton water tent, centerton water and sewer facilities.

Unassigned speaker

1:14

It's

Speaker 2

1:14

an R2 project on Gen Road, just north of the other project that we're looking

Unassigned speaker

1:20

at.

Speaker 2

1:21

And uh I see the applicant has somebody in the uh in

Speaker 1

1:26

the

Speaker 2

1:26

audience if they want

Unassigned speaker

1:27

to

Speaker 2

1:29

speak to some of these issues, but basically uh as I understand it, Centerton water and sewer is allowing about six or seven lots move forward.

1:39

That's why you're trying

Unassigned speaker

1:40

to

Speaker 3

1:45

um what's going on is we're allowed being allowed to do 26 lots based on a land, the department helped held everything up based on sewer capacity.

1:55

The owner had other lots in Cynerton that are already been approved with health department approval.

2:00

So we were able to work out a deal where they made those lots non-buildable so we can build develop this 26 lots and the drink uh with the area

Speaker 1

2:14

okay.

Speaker 2

2:15

Uh and I will note that the uh electric department asked for

Speaker 1

2:19

all the

Speaker 2

2:20

phase one and phase two electric facilities to be installed.

Speaker 3

2:25

Yeah, now it's uh our utilities all installed for it's the six lots that were kind of in the northeast north

Unassigned speaker

2:33

yeah,

Speaker 3

2:33

northeast corner that'll be installed.

Speaker 1

2:35

Yeah, okay.

2:39

Any questions?

2:42

All right, thank

Unassigned speaker

2:43

you.

Speaker 1

2:45

Um new business block sidewalk waiver.

Speaker 2

2:50

So here's another sidewalk waiver, and uh staff is recommending uh disapproval

Unassigned speaker

2:57

and

Speaker 2

2:57

uh it's a 340 crestview.

3:00

I believe the applicant is doing uh a remodel or a rebuild is the applicant.

3:06

Oh you Sarah?

Unassigned speaker

3:08

Laura

Speaker 2

3:09

Laura Laura, yes, have the applicant in the audience.

Speaker 1

3:13

Yeah, they're rebuilding the tour uh because of the storm damage in 24.

3:18

Um you're welcome to come talk to us about your request.

Speaker 4

3:28

Um our main concern here is um there's no sidewalks in the area, and um while I absolutely would like to have a sidewalk, I just don't want to build one that won't get used until um you know 20 years down the road because uh all of the houses there's only been one house that's been rebuilt in the past uh 20 years on uh our street, and um I just don't want us to pay for something that will go to waste, but I'm totally willing to do

Unassigned speaker

4:03

it.

Speaker 4

4:04

You know, if there was a network somewhere nearby, or or the street was going under a project or something.

4:09

Um that's really our concern.

4:10

It's just we'll be spending money on something that won't get used now.

Speaker 1

4:17

Okay.

4:18

Um any questions or discussion with the commissioner?

Speaker 5

4:25

Dan has something.

Speaker 1

4:33

Maybe already been on it.

4:34

I should have just talked.

Speaker 6

4:36

Uh transportation would recommend against this waiver also.

4:41

While that is, as I say frequently, this is how we get sidewalks in neighborhoods.

4:46

Otherwise, we've got a budget we're working on every year, particularly in areas near the schools.

4:51

This I believe has schools and parks nearby.

4:54

So we are looking at areas right now.

Unassigned speaker

4:56

The active transportation advisory board is reprioritizing the sidewalk projects we have.

Unassigned speaker

5:02

So

Speaker 6

5:02

this very well could end up on a list that gets funded.
