Resolution granting tax exemption pursuant to an application filed by Paritage Properties and or BLX 3.

Substituting item 4I resolution authorizing triparty agreement for commercial redevelopment incentive grant for Biloxi 3.

To the consent agenda, we're substituting 5i resolution authorizing renewal of quick book subscription.

Substituting 5-0 resolution accepting grant award from Mississippi Gulf Coast National Heritage Area and adding 5FF resolution accepting proposal of Gallagher for insurance coverage under an equipment voter from Markle American Insurance Company.

Yeah, thank you, Ms.

President.

I too like to welcome everyone.

A lot of smiling faces out there.

We've been making some progress over the last weeks.

Uh and uh we got a this is a very special week because it's public works week week, and uh I see we got some some guys we're proud of and guys and gals we're proud of, and I want to read this proclamation.

So Christie, who should come up here?

Everybody should come up here.

Yeah.

Yeah, it's good.

All right.

Well, this is awesome.

I'm telling you, every time you see me pass by and I see those people out doing your things that I'm proud of and I know you've done some great work uh last few days.

So anyway, it is public works week.

So whereas public works professionals provide infrastructure facilities and services that are vital to a sustainable communities, public health, quality of life, and well-being of the people of Biloxi.

Whereas they're dedicated efforts, support and protect our city's transportation, water supply, solid waste systems, public buildings, and other essential facilities.

And it's important for citizens, civic leaders, and children in Biloxi to understand and appreciate the value of public works and the public works programs in our community.

Whereas 2026 marks the 66th annual National Public Works Week, sponsored by the American Public Works Association, recognizing the contributions of public works professionals and to the health of and quality of life.

Now therefore I agree with Fulfill Gilwich, Mayor of Biloxi, Mississippi.

Do hereby proclaim the week of May 17th through 23, 2026 as National Public Works Week.

So congratulations, General.

I know I think everyone has been recognizing that they're on schedule and doing some of the things that we do at this time of the year all the way through October as far as grass and keeping things uh beautiful and safe.

So I do congratulate each and every one of them.

And I think you might know that on the front of the everyone of our vehicles, we got that city of Bloxy logo.

So two in wave when you see them.

So I think that's one of the reasons why you know it's apparent that they're out there doing a pretty tough job.
