Blacksburg Planning Commission Meeting - December 3, 2019

The Blacksburg Planning Commission held its regular meeting on December 3, 2019 at 7:30 PM in the Roger E. Hedgepath Chambers. Chair Andy Kassoff called the meeting to order. All seven commissioners were present. The meeting was adjourned at 7:35 PM.

Consent Calendar

• Approved the November 5, 2019 Planning Commission minutes (7-0).
• Scheduled a public hearing for January 7, 2020 on Conditional Use Permit requests CUP19-0007 (office and club use) and CUP19-0008 (vehicle use of an alley for non-residential uses) at 205 Kent Street.

• Zoning Ordinance Review Committee: The next meeting will be held on December 9, 2019.
• Historic or Design Review Board: Commissioner Davis provided an overview of the November 18, 2019 HDRB meeting.
