Welcome to the regular meeting of the Blacksburg Planning Commission, which are held here on the first Tuesday of each month at 630 PM at the Roger Heap, uh Roger Headspath Chambers in the Blacksburg Municipal Building at 300 South Maine.

And the other is CUP twenty-three four conditional use permit request for multifamily residential use on the ground floor in uh the GC General Commercial Zoning District on three point nine four acres of an eight point four four acre parcel at two zero three country club drive southwest.

And the action there is to cancel the January second twenty twenty-four public hearing and reschedule for next month on February sixth, twenty twenty-four.
