The second is rezoning 2401 ordinance 2051, which is a request for an amendment to previous rezoning on three point on 33.87 acres at the former old Blacksburg High School site, which is on Patrick Henry Drive.

And it's being brought forward by Bolzer Associates for HS Development, HS Development LLC, in the town of Blacksburg, who are the property owners.
