Uh I viewed their February 11th uh uh public hearing.

And they had no public hearing, so then they moved into a work session.

And there are just a couple interesting things.

One, they were um putting on their schedule for next month a short-term rental request, which is down Harding Road just out of town limits, kind of across a little bit from um uh from uh Windsor Hills and that POF property down there.

I think they approved one down there previously for some reason.

I feel like I saw that before.

Um also if you go farther down Harding, uh where the bug shop is, maybe people know where that is.

There's all kinds of land disturbance going on over there, and they did a uh an approved master plan down there.

There's gonna be storage, property management.

There's a bunch of different things kind of going on in that little area.

And they were coming up.

Um they were um asking for um changes to their special use permit master plan.

And then finally, they there was quite a long piece about Montgomery Matters, which is the county's um comp plan.

And they have their final draft that they pushed out to the planning commission and the um board of supervisors to provide last minute comments.

Um and then that draft will be started to be presented to uh citizens, and the goal is to work towards having all of that wrapped up and finished by the end of the fiscal year, so by June.
