Under God. Indivisible with liberty and justice for all. We'll start with the consent agenda today. And we've got three items. One is approval of town council minutes for April 26th and May 3. Uh we also have a resolution granting fine uh fine art studio conditional use permit at 1513 Boxwood Drive. Our action there will be to schedule the public hearing for June 14th. Um we also have ordinance nineteen eighty-nine authorizing the sale of approximately four acres of town property on South Point Drive. And we're going to introduce it and to this evening and schedule the public hearing for June 14. What is council's pleasure on the consent agenda? I move approval of the consent agenda. Second.
