Moving on to our consent agenda. We have this uh this evening, the approval of town council minutes for October 3 and 10. We have a resolution 10 E 23, re referring a proposed zoning ordinance text amendment to the planning commission that would establish a new optional downtown Northwest Zoning District. So we're adopting that uh resolution to ask Planning Commission to look at it again. Uh and also a contract amendment for program management slash owner representative professional services related to the multimodal transit facility. I move that we remove Leah Kinkelly Jones, Nicole Hirsch, and Davis Sorrillo from the recreation advisory board, and appoint Angela Marcolini, Thomas Shrife, and Rachel Hogan to the board.
