And we will begin with ordinance 2092, which amends the fiscal year 2025-26 operating budget to appropriate general fund balance to the traffic signal controllers project.

So this is a funding request to replace the traffic signal controllers at all of our 28 traffic signals.

We're made aware of the need to replace these controllers with the new signal that was installed at ERC Street.

And what we discovered was that the new models of traffic signal controllers were not compatible with or would not compute communicate with the existing controllers.

We the communication is necessary so that you can have signal coordination and reduce traffic congestion.
