All right,

Speaker 1

5:08

Mr.

5:09

Mantha, let's keep the comments to what your points are.

Speaker 3

5:12

My point is very clear, uh, Mr.

5:14

Sanders as Mayor Sanders is as the mayor, you're supposed to control and have act over the council body when a person wants to threaten to push a citizen, handicapped citizen out on the road because they approach him in the open forum or write emails.

5:34

How would you want me to approach that except for asking?

5:37

Where's that apology?

5:38

I've been asking for you know you guys know about it.

5:41

I

Speaker 1

5:42

I wasn't there.

Speaker 3

5:43

So

Speaker 1

5:44

I can't, I can't I can't do anything for that.

5:47

You can deal with him individually.

5:49

I wasn't there, haven't heard it from anyone else.

Speaker 3

5:53

Okay, with that said, I'd still like to move forward into Eric's uh email in regards to well, why don't you get together with uh engineer Sanders and myself regarding and because um the Anoka County did meet the criteria for the OSHA or AISTL, I said that wrong standards.

6:15

But what Eric neglected in there was the discussion about how when Dan was here and he did not even acknowledge, or he acknowledged he did not understand the part about public endangerment in the 82.9 code.

6:32

And with that said, Eric Larson, he wants to write a report copied off Dan's for the most part, along with Eric, but you guys all neglect any of the stuff afterwards.

6:44

But Eric did show in his pictures, and if you look at the picture in the mail, I or I got from Eric, it shows in there the 60 foot, and I on site showed Eric information on this on the different standards.

7:01

I pulled out the paperwork and I show

Unassigned speaker

7:03

you.

Speaker 3

7:03

And Dan wants to go by old year books, the green books.

7:10

Okay, now let's take a look at Eric Attorney Eric's uh email you sent me.

7:16

Look at that one picture that shows the 60 foot.

7:19

That is talked about after the point of endanger public safety, where the engineer does not have any rights.

7:30

Now, this bogus talk about well, if you drive around the city and you'll see these big green boxes are in away.

7:37

Well, the thing was Eric was or Dan was approached about this five times before it even got put into place.

7:44

He knew about it, he was aware of it, but he took no actions to properly vet it.

7:49

Okay, this falls back on our engineer, director of engineer, improperly, not reading the city's own codes and standards.

8:02

With that said, I'll move forward towards this thought that he has about

Unassigned speaker

8:09

oh

Speaker 3

8:10

and back to the Anoka County.

8:12

Eric, if you read their final paper on that, it says an inch forward to see.

8:19

Why do you think they say inch forward to see?

8:22

It's in there, black and white, that they wrote me, like you said, but you neglect that part of it.

8:27

Why do they say it?

8:28

Is because we got a five-foot big green box that's in the way because it was not properly vetted by our director of engineering.

8:37

Okay.

8:37

With that said, I'm hoping some of the council members will start stepping forward in regards to this other items here, because I'm getting tired of coming in, and I think my new approach might be maybe I need to get on the console so I can become part of the good old boy club in regards to things, okay?

8:55

Because there's some stuff that's been going on in regards to spending.

8:59

Why do you think people are coming in and talking about their costs going up so much?
