- Single-family detached units are forecast to account for 42–45% of needed housing, yet few R-1 annexations have been seen recently.
- Board member Jason Delmue questioned about the mismatch between zoning densities and actual built densities, leading to discussion of the new UDC’s minimum density requirements.
